power cleans

3-3-3-1-1-1

22.5,25,27.5,30,32.5,35kg

struggled to get the 32.5kg again, failed twice, realised i was pulling it high enough just not dipping in time, got it 3rd attempt . missed the 35kg..grr

'kipping' pull ups
2-2-1-1-2-2

when i say kipping it's more flop like a fish, pull, drop, flop like a fish etc etc.

couldn't find my high vis for running down the road so did cindy instead.

10mins AMRAP 'cindy'

= 9 rounds plus 5 ring rows, 10 push ups (knees) and 5 squats

I think that is how we all started, flopping arround on the bar and getting a lucky pullup out of it. I rember when i finally got my first ones, i kept at it till i ripped my hands all up. I think I only got 10 that day.

took about 45 mins

20min AMRAP

50 sumo deadlift high pulls, 25*5kg turkish get ups

=3 rounds plus 42 sdhp

had to have a lie down after that one.

Morning, here is the map of the run from Saturday, the route was a bit longer as we didn't stick to the paths and took the longer route round the craggs.
