Helping with recovery

Just curious what other people use to help with recovery?

For general recovery in no particular order:
Foam Rolling
Eating a lot
Sleeping a lot
Hot tubs
Taking an occasional light day as needed

For injuries:
Give it 2-3 days for most injuries (more severe injuries will require larger initial periods of rest)
Move through painless range of motion (if not contraindicated)
light stretching at first(if not contraindicated)
massage (if not contraindicated)
progressive weight (allowing minor pain) for 15-25 reps if have full range of motion (if not contraindicated)

Stretching, eating right and getting plenty of rest are what work for me. Of course there are those days where you feel completely drained no matter what you do. You just have to work through those days.

I have also heard that an ice bath works well to help with recovery too.
