How do you guys manage all the weight shifting on the bar every single time you change from DL to BP, to Clean on the "3BD" WOD?

I wouldn't even dream of doing them one by one (i.e.10,9,8,7...DL then all the BP sets, then all the Clean sets..)

So, assuming you don't have three different weight sets (which would be very cool), what do you do?

I think this one really requires 3 bars . . . or two very good friends who will do all the stripping and loading for you while you gasp. (You can return the "favor" . . .)

Alex,

If you have TWO weight sets, you could do Deads and C+Js. I found this about as hard as Three BOD.
