total calories/macros

ok so im rescheduling my workout plan for the next several months while cycling season is in. Im looking at doing the following:
2 day GSLP split
2 mid-length metcons with light weight or bodyweight movements
2 days road/trail riding

Previous to this ive been doing 3day GSLP and some BB/acc exercises for arms/shoulders etc. I put on about 12lbs which puts me at 6' 199lbs, and im happy with the added size of my arms/chest/back and my lift numbers have all went up. So my first question is, will the 2 day GSLP be enough to maintain my new strength numbers? Dont want to tax my legs as much so only one squat day per week will be better than 2.

My second question is, if i allow myself 200g of carbs and 200g of protein each day that only comes out to around 1600 calories so what am i supposed to do to get me to 2800 which is my approximate TDEE? I cant have 50% of my cals coming from fats right? Hopefully Chris or some of you other nutrition guys can chime in to help. Thanks in advance

Re: total calories/macros

As long as you meet your minimum daily macros for fat and protein, you should be able to fill the rest of the calories with what ever you want.

Re: total calories/macros

Your remaining calories in grams of fat is 133 - 1200cals/(9cals/g). I take in 80-100g fat per day, so I don't see that being abnormal at all. My percentages are 35/35/30 fat/pro/carb.
