Very nice. You see any improvements in your clean?

Obvious stuff is elbows dropped and chest followed, but you had over 2x on your rack so no worries.

Butt goes first! and keep the weight in your heels. I saw you coming forward just a bit. I would attribute that to the large weight, but other than that, good lift!

Your butt doesn't go back first on a front squat. It is sent down, pushing the knees forward over the toes. You want to be as upright as possible.

haha yeah **** got heavy.

Clean has gone up yes. Hit a 330 twice last week, and 315 more routinely now.
Even just a month or two ago it was 300 becoming routine, and 315 was a special day.

That's what I was trying to do

Hit 370 in the summer....MUCH uglier. Doesn't even compare to this one.

Re: 380 Front Squat @ 170 BW

A safer and better way to go *** down instead of back is to get flexible enough in the hips and heel cords so that you can drive knees out. It would look like the bottom of an ***-back squat, but you won't have to worry about being pulled forward from the weight. Will save your patellar in the long run.

That's good work. I'm curious, what is your training goal? Do you want to be competitive at CrossFit, Olympic lifting, or what?
