Not if I put 5 grams of creatine mono in it! Anyway, you are right. I've had a change of heart regarding supps. All I take now is creatine. Seriously. I don't take a whey supp. any more. I just drink 2-3 glasses of whole milk w/ chocolate syrup. I have a thermos that I fill up and throw in my gym bag.
I hear ya, I think everyone grows out of the supp stage...meaning you slowly realize the basics are very important as well as the nutrition side. I still believe there are supps that are very worth it though, just need to sift through the fluff...
