Damn. There's no alternative to biking that much, eh? Do you have a definitive distance for how much you bike in a day every day? Does it change depending on the day?

erin, right now its is something like this in a week with good weather:
9 mi/day 2 -3 days a week
15 mi/day 2-3 times a week
12 mi/day 2-3 times a week

and usually there is one day i don't bike for various reasons.

in the fall the longer days will most likely go to something around 18 mi/day and 15 mi/day respectivly.

also. does this mean we get to make a new plan on tuesday??

oh but also - when i bike around its usu lazy biking so i'm not going as fast as i can. unless im late. which happens in the mornings. haha.

rest. no biking. some croga. made a good plan w erin. talked about food for like an hour and then went home and proceeded to eat a pound of bacon. ha. tomorrow will attempt to start logging biking and food too.

well this is more info then anyone cares to read. but here goes.
8/14
coffee w cream
bike ~ 4.5 miles
2 eggs w mayonnaise
bcaas
AM:
hybrid
klokov complex
53lb, 35kg, 40,43,46,46,46,50,50,50
my left arm was trying to be lazy and not snapping back at around the 5th set but it straighted out after 2. i like these -i think they help me pull under the bar better.
ate a banana
clean and jerk
2X35,45,52,58
1X63,68,71,73,73,73,73,74
started failing my jerk at the 2nd attempt at 73. i think i lost some focus. and tried to make my head thru quicker but then was doing weird things like trying to duck under the bar. ugh.
push press
disastrous!
2X45,48,51,54,57,61
failed at 61. tried 60. failed. went back to 55 i think and did 3 sets there. have to get my head thru quicker.
some muscle up work. not too much as i didnt feel like i was making good progress adn started getting pretty negative. i feel like on the band i am making progress but nothing is translating to the real rings. just have to keep pluging.

2 eggs, 3 pieces bacon, cabbage, sweet potatoe, chicken sausage.
coffee (no cream )
1.5 chicken leg, rice
some chicken liver and ground beef, kale, raisins almonds,

2Xbw, 5,10,12.5,15,17.5. tried 20 and failed on the second rep. this is ok tho bc iíve been feeling ****ty about my pullups since the end of may and now i know its just mental b.c this is pretty close to what i did in april or something.

12 minutes on the minute
1 pullup 10 lb
10 pushups
10 jumping lunges.
this was so much harder then i thought it would be. the pushups still really slow down very quickly. on the 9th minute i didnít finish, did 9 pushups, then 8,8, and 9 on the last one.

bike ~ 4.5 miles

bcaas
about .75 lb of ground beef and a bunch of spinach.
glass of whole milk

well the good thing about spinach is you can eat it either way! but i did cook it yesterday. in my ground beef juice. and yes jan, eggs and mayo - is that weird? isn't it like tuna and mayo?
