WOD Log Book

I know I've seen them out there before somewhere. A nice spiral bound log book with pages to track max effort lifts, benchmark WOD times, and then normal weekly planner pages to record daily WODs. I think they are even customizable for affiliates. I just can't find them anymore...even a few pages deep into a Google search and scouring here. Help me out.

Re: WOD Log Book

How are they different from just normal notebooks or diary type books?

Pictures on the website. The big difference is they're Crossfit friendly: most workout logs don't really have room for the variety of workouts that Crossfit includes. These have sections for CF benchmarks, sections for lifting PRs, etc.

Katherine

(Haven't actually bought one yet, but seriously considering it.)

Thanks, I knew I had seen this site somewhere but I couldn't remember where either!

Re: WOD Log Book

The WOD book is pretty cool. Not only do you have a great daily log, but it has benchmark WODs (Girls and Hero, Filthy 40, etc) and weight percentage charts (lets you calculate 1 RM from x RM), paleo food listings.

Great investment.

Re: WOD Log Book

I have one and have used plain spiral bound in the past . The WOD book is really well put together all kinds of charts /workouts in it as well.

Re: WOD Log Book

We've recently added quite a few new features to the book including several pages of BW workouts for on the road, the latest girls/heroes, wendler 5/3/1 tracking, a RIPP starting strength chart of standards, and a few other things that are escaping me now.

We've customized for a couple hundred affiliates and are rebuilding the site now so that you'll be able to customize your own book and order.. Keep an eye out for early February launch.

If you have a customized book you'll be getting your own login to re-order on the fly!!

Cheers,
Jeri - WODbook
