This is Day 1 of my Workout Log.
Morning weight 181.8
San Francisco Crossfit - 6pm Class
3 Set of:
13 dumbbell cleans (25lb dumbbells)
13 push presses (25lb dumbbells)
Comments: First day - so workout was tough. Little sore today.

Crossfit basics class at SF crossfit
Class had a fair bit of technique and skill development which was really usefull Main workout:
5 rounds of:
12 KB swings (45lbs)
Can't remember time... I think around 8 mins
then 5 rounds of L sits hanging from pull up bars. (I could straighten my legs in that position so I kept my knees bent)
This was my 3rd workout in a row (and 3rd workout all together).
We were partnered up and did 5 burpees each until we did 100 total (20 rounds). we finished first but my form suffered after the first 7 rounds. Time was 5:45.
then 5 rounds of 20 seconds of knees to elbows
