Veggies-- Fresh Caned Or Frozen

Are they all the same as far as nutrition goes or is fresh any better and why? Caned and frozen are so much easier for me to use.

Re: Veggies-- Fresh Caned Or Frozen

look down at the bottom of the page.. there are 5 threads devoted to the same question. One of which I answered, and quoted studies... there is no difference as long as they are flash frozen and no additives except citric acid.

This link better be wfs.

A search on "vegetables fresh frozen". That probably has info you are looking for.

Personally, I will not eat most canned veggies. To me, they are disgusting. Overcooked, too mushy, less flavor... I prefer fresh, then frozen.
