Deadlift explosion on the bar

When performing the deadlift should the lift be steady and deliberate as you bring yourself to full extension or should you explode out at the hip, creating movement getting it to that weightless point as you complete the full extension of the lift?

you could always do them fast as part of a dynamic effort movement, but the weights should not even be close to a 1RM (i.e. dont explode on CFT day...)
doing heavy-ish doubles (60-70% 1RM) explosively is a good way to mix around your lifts if you're in a plateau or just want to improve speed and power.
