More than I've squatted lately with minimal knee pain today.

HSPU -

Max Strict - 13
3 sets kipping at 50% - 7/7/7

For time:

42 Cals row
21 Bar Face Burpees
15 Deadlifts 315/143k
21 Bar Face Burpees
42 Cals row - 8.32

Got the deadlifts unbroken touch and go, happy with that and rowed hard at the end. Pleased, bit of fire starting to appear in my training again.

Every 2:00 for 10 mins:

Thruster
Front Squat
Push Jerk
Front Squat
Split Jerk - 60/70/80/80/80k

31 min amrap:

7 Thrusters 70k
6 Rope Climbs
11 Box Jumps 30"
400m Sandbag run 30k - 2 plus 1

Tapped out after 2 rounds, I need to sort my rope climbing and learn it with gloves. It's still crap, should of known it before the games, basically done the 2 rounds legless as my legs are useless.

My OHS is terrible. Bar seems to be pulling forward constantly plus unstable 70k plus. does coincide since rotator cuff strain.

'Death by Muscle ups

1 on the first
2 on the second etc - 7 plus 5

Aim was 7, unbroken for 6s.
