Thanks Alex, my wife told me about the passport, mine is about 8 years old but it has the symbol on the front so I think it is good to go.

I'm part of the Masters plan on CompTrain so I'm following Ben Bergerons training. It follows a pattern each week with Thursdays and Sundays as rest days. They have 14 masters qualified for the games this year. Monday is 2-3 hours of training straight off, hardest day of the week.

Ring Muscle ups - :25 work, 35 seconds rest for 5 minutes:

3 rounds, 2 mins rest between.

Double DT

24 Deadlifts 70k
18 Hang Power Cleans 70k
12 Push Jerks 70k - 2.29/3.16/3.26

Well it looks like it is paying off, this is 2 years in a row!!

I am thinking of switching to Comp Train Masters. 36th this year and 40th last year. Just need to be a little bit better to make it.

That and making sure you start training for the open ONLY today will bump you up. I competed 3-5 times a year and failed to get to the games, I only improved when I quit all the small european comps.
