That was you in the clip in Geason's Gym, right? I had a few guys fight there a few months ago for the Battle of Brooklyn event.

I hung out with Sumie Sakai at the after party. She was Yabu****a's tag team partner when she was in Pro Wrestling.

Hey lucky me, Warrior Nation is on right now on MSNBC. I happened to catch it when I was channel surfing and saw them re-airing it. Brittany Pullem looks no older than some of the girls on my daughter's cheerleading squad. At 19, she still looks like a baby. But she has a lot of heart.:biggrinthumb:

Thought this was a pretty good show...Matthew, I thought the same thing about Pullem. I kept saying to my wife, she is pretty bad and if she does that in the ring, she is going to go down quick, and lo and behold, down she went. Anyways, thank god for TWC HD-DVR or I would always miss this stuff

Yeah Justin, she got knocked out, but afterwards she was able to laugh about it when talking to her trainer. Hey, you gotta respect that. She's not a quitter. She's still learning though and is still willing to stay in the fight.

too funny, I was reading this and caught the last 10 minutes of the first episode. Looks like it is really well done. The promo for the Erin's episode looks good too. Finally something other than prision shows on MSNBC (HAHA)

Thanks for the info!

Michael -- Thanks for looking! It's "Ultimate Grappling" magazine, the Feb issue with Arlovski on the cover. I've been able to find it at major book stores and also at some good sized magazine stands.

Becca; I was looking at the right magazine then. Found it at Chapters. However, couldn't find your article. Was it the 'ring girl' story?

Nope, I think it's called "Changing Times" -- it's on page 82. The first three pages are on me and there's a bunch of photos.

Can't miss it Michael, it has her big bright pretty face staring right at you. :msn-wink:

Hey Becca, I caught the entire first show of Warrior Nation. MSNBC re-aired it again later on Saturday night at 11pm (my time) so I recorded it and watched it later on Sunday. I actually like the approach that MSNBC is taking in covering the world of MMA. I think it will help to better educate more people who are still trying to figure out what it is all about. Especially now, when there seems to be a real upswing in the wave of interest again in MA in general, and MMA is at the crest of that wave.

Everything has a way of moving in cycles.

I ‘m looking forward to catching the next show this upcoming Tuesday at 9 pm CT when they cover your girl Erin and her husband.
