I've done KTEs for slam ball before...man that chipper ain't getting prettier...got the fear...

Gally's got a little something brewing for the wall ball, and since we don't have walls: 'Branch Ball' squat-stand-throw-at-branch-catch-repeat this will keep the throwing and accuracy components of wall ball...alternatively there is a huge tree by the road and we could just do 'Tree Trunk Ball'.

Yeah, "branch ball" should be the order of the day - I'll provide the ball portion!

BTW, I'm going to make two medicine balls, so there'll be no need for KTE, unless of course people want to indulge - I won't be among them!

Liking the long jumps for box jumps - good sub!

I'll be doing this (well, with a couple subs anyway) at BrandX on Saturday.

Guys need a definition of "short rest". I think my definition from last time should have been "short short rest or very short rest". This is going to be fun.

Well since we only have two barbells for the first challenge some of us will have lots of rest while the others go through it. Then we'll have to do staggered starts for the second challenge...so I'd say sufficient enough rest that any more wouldn't bring much more advantage, maybe 10-15 minutes. In the last Pain Storm I was having a lie down while you stormed onward!
