Aloha CrossFit,

I have a couple questions concerning Feb 3 WOD. Are the 60lbs for the thrusters, and step ups of course, on barbell (45lb bar + 15lbs of plates) or DB (2DBs @ 30lbs or 2DBs @ 60lbs)?

Mahalo for future answers/tips.

I suspect we can go either way. If you're using a barbell, then do the Thrusters normally and do the Step-ups with the bar on your shoulders/back (like a back squat). If using DBs, then do DB-style thrusters and just let the DBs hang (or be a psycho like me and hold 'em overhead) during Step-ups.

I like the overhead carry idea. I'll try that.
