Considering what's in it, it seems to me that brand really wouldn't matter. Zinc & magnesium as aspartates plus B6...that's it...not a lot to muck up.

Believe it or not Mike..it can be mucked up.

I searched on the net today. Many brands with some added ingredients, in different amounts.

Can't you just take mag and zinc seperately? (at the same time?)

After going back and researching this product very recently, I have to say this is probably my #1 anabolic supplement that is a must (esp since it is at like $10-$15 for a month's supply). Anything that helps the body maximize healing, recovery and repair is ideal for muscle growth. It also decreases nighttime catabolisms (muscle breakdown) and increases nighttime GH secretion.

"ZMA is also the first nighttime anabolic formula developed specifically to enhance recovery by improving sleep efficiency. ZMA is a very effective sleep aid and is recommended to be taken 30-60 minutes before bedtime. Many athletes fail to realize how important it is to get a deep and restful sleep. Healing, tissue repair, anabolic hormone production and muscle growth are maximized during sleep, so quality sleep is extremely important to athletes."

Muscle grows when you are not working out...many people forget that. I feel so much more rested...stronger....and overall better.
