Do you mean resistance bands like to assist you with pullups, or resistance bands to close in a door and do leg lifts?

Good luck with your travelling with the Peace Corps, I'm actually heading out on deployment tomorrow with the Australian Navy, and I mean we have a gym on board the ship, but I'm taking with me, skipping rope, resistance band, kettlebell and then just doing WODs which incorporate that + the rower and the treadmill
Power Clean- 68kg / 149.91 lbs, Back Squat - 115kg / 253.53 lbs, Deadlift- 140kg / 308.65lbs
