Power: Kipping pullup, 5 sets x 3 for height.practiced kipping pullup since i haven't done them in awhile. strung 3 together, that's a first. the thickness of the bar is a challenge for me.
Str: pullup, peak set of 2.micro mini, did 1 3/4 bw
Metcon: death by strict pullups into death by ring rows.5/9+8 used mini band

Followed by a 1k row for time 5:05

May 4AMRAP 20 min. 5 forward rolls,5 inverted burpees, 10 hollow rocks,10 pullups. 5+8 pullups

May 9squat clean+FS peak set of 2. 80lbs. every min on the min do 1 HSC+FSx2. remaining time AMRAP burpees. 45 lb, 72

May 11Row 500m x2. I think. don't remember exact times but 2+min

May 12Gymnastics. 10 rounds. 5 rolling pistols each leg, 5 tuck jumps, 5 burpees. 20:16. pistols have come a long way. this wod really helped me get the hang of them

May 14Team workout. Row 1000m, 50 24" box jumps, 50-50lb sandbag squat clean, 50-50lb sandbag push press, 50 toes to bar. 23:30. Fun and i was impressed with my ability to handle the 50lb sandbag as well as to do a fair amount of toes to bar.

May 15Tabata wall ball, box jumps, pull ups. 154 reps. I found my kip during this wod. strung together 10 pull ups in a row whereas before only able to do 3. amazing feeling. followed by 3x10 each leg split squat

May 18Gymnastics. AMRAP 15 min. 10 inverted burpees, 10 V-outs, 10 ring rows.

May 23Press x1 70lb. I had 75lb at my forehead twice. 5 rounds of 5 5 thrusters, 7 bar burpees. using 100% press max.9:41. Major coup for me as thrusters are a major nemesis/goat for me. I went into this work not expecting i would even use my max. Once the wod started i was convinced that i would have to drop weight in the wod or suffer so many penalties that i would not even finish. proud moment for me.

May 24weighted pullup x2. BW. Cindy 11 rounds+7 pushups

May 27Back squat x1. 125 lb. roughly 10 pounds less than previous PR. Haven't back squatted in a long time. Last PR was at least 7 months ago. Bummed but ok with 125lb. 1 deadhang every minute for 10 minutes. very hard. My goal was 2 every minute. I did 2 for the first 2 minutes. it was all down hill from there.

May 315 rounds for max reps-back squat/kipping pull-ups-95 lbs-9/5,10/5,12/5,11/5,11/5. in a healthier state i could have done a lot more pull-ups but something wonky is going on with the right shoulder

June 1Amanda-subbed strict pull-ups/ring dips for muscle ups, skinny red band---squatch snatch 45 lb-13:something, i think

June 6DL peak set of 3-150 lbsfollowed by 10 minutes of double under practice
