it isn't sexy at all Erin. Guitar lessons and work.

Tribe throwdown on Saturday. Tabata push ups, Helen, and partner FGB plus--3 rounds, 45 reps at each station. Weight for SDLHP and push press was 65 lbs. ugh.

Endurance was non-existent. Literally felt like i was dying. I think a lot of things could explain this but one is getting my performance anxiety in check during competition. I guess this comes with practice and confidence in my abilities.

Not too sore today, hoping tomorrow isn't worse.

Felt great to be back

Max jump box jump x2--It boils down to me being afraid of the jump. It looks so big too me and all i think about is not making it. I did about 22 in. I'm sure I'm capable of more.

Peak set of 2 front squat-95 lb. Greg had me squatting to a stool as I round my lower back. I need help with this problem, as it happens with lots of lifts.

Metcon

Rocking SLS to a stool. I was very happy with my DUs. Usually they slow me down a lot in WODs but i refuse to do singles because they are way too easy. I was able to get 3-6 in a row pretty consistently. Probably took me about 2:15 to do the DUs. THis is BIG for me.

Its going well. I really like it and actually enjoy practicing. Hopefully by the end of summer we will be able to have some jam sessions.

5 minutes, kb snatch, sets of 3-did sets of 2 with 12kg. Better at these than the first time i did them. practice, practice.

Press, peak set of 2.-65lbs, keeping the butt squeezed really works.

1minute each of 7 stations: for max reps: press @2/3p. Strict Pullups. Push press @2/3. Strict Pullups. Rest. Wallball shots. Kipping Pullups.-67 reps, used orange band for deadhangs, press/push press 45lbs, kipped my pullup for reals, no band, and my wall balls didn't quite reach the target, but i'm getting closer

POWER: Hang Power Clean, up to a peak of 2.-70lbs, 1 rep at 80lbs.I need oly class

2 rounds: 1/3 short loop walking lunge (to juniper), 2/3 short loop run, 25 American swings (2/1.5), 10 pull upsUsed 1 pood kb, orange band for pullups. 14:14. KB swings really fatigue me.

Metcon: 4 Rounds for time of: 5 L-Pullups, 5 Push-ups, 5 Chest-to-Bar Pullups, 5 Push-ups, 5 Pull-ups, 5 Push-ups subbed 5 pullups,5 leg raises for L pullups, used band, not sure of its proper name but 2 up from micro, kipped on the band the last round 12:03
