I've been a CrossFitter for over 4 years, and periodically add one of my own WOD's to the weekly routine. Did one of my newest WODs the "Nubian" today. Good thing I didn't eat first. Almost passed out (would have felt better to be unconscious).

"Nubian"
Run 1 mile
Tabata thrusters (75 lbs)
Run 800m
Tabata SDHP (75 lbs)
Run 400m
Tabata KB Swing (1-1/2 pood)
