Hang power snatch

Me and stal worked up to 45kg (a lot of work needed on this exercise)

Metcon 1

3 rounds for time:
5 Squat clean thrusters (60kg)
10 burpees

Stal - 3.50
Scott - 4.25

Metcon 2

15-12-9
Back squat (BW+10kg)
Pull ups

Stal - 6.55 (100kg squats)
Scott - 6.57 (90kg squats)
