Thanks Erin.

today I did yesterdays bench and pullup workout

first 2 rounds i used a 45 lb bar for the bench press.

1 round I got 35 reps on the bench and 11 pullups with help.
2nd round i got 30 reps bench and 9 pullups with help.

number 3 4 5 rounds i used 95 lbs for bench and got
11, 7, and 6 reps and 8, 6, 7 on the pullups.

my chest is soooo sore right now... you dont even know.

Nice work stay strong and try to cut out soda and junk food!! Yeah I know you are a teenager but think of the strength you will gain!! Eat your fruits and veggies too~

im try to eat better now and not as much candy and soda is gone. I was not able to beat my 205 but I will get it next time. So next week I wll get my 205
I have to go but I will see you guys next time.

Nice Mere on the food stuff. That is definitely the key for increased strength and performance. Many of your friends will think you are weird or crazy for eating differently than them but hey you have a goal to accomplish eh!! I think that goal is called LIFE!

I used to weigh 225# and now am 137!! So I know it is true. Nutrition is the best!

I'm with Sarena on this one, Mere. Smart move on reigning in the food stuff wherever you can. Start early and it'll make such a HUGE difference in your performance. Keep up the great work!

Hey Mere, I recently cut back on junk food as well as caffiene and what a difference it has made. You'll definitely find a huge difference. Keep it up.
