I was inspired by Anthony Bainbridge's awesome DB Snatch. I've been working on the hang power version, but I eventually want to learn the full power snatch (without the hang).

This is my first time uploading. I wasn't sure which angles would be best for coaching, but this side view has helped me critique myself.

This is a clip from my first workout using 50 lbs. I had been previously working with 40-45 lbs, but I like this weight because it forces me to get under the bar.
