Four Hour Body

I'm not sure where to put this, but I got The 4-Hour Body by Tim Ferriss this year as a Christmas gift. I have not really dove into it, but I have noticed that there are several Crossfit related people such as Kelly Starett, Dr. Romanov and Zach Even-Esh mentioned. Has anyone read this "self-help" book and have any thoughts?

Re: Four Hour Body

Fun read....gotta love someone that is willing to make themself a human guinea pig for all kinds of different regiments.

I'm not sure you are going to come away with groundbreaking epiphanies about how you train, but each chapter has some interesting nuggets.

As the author points out, each chapter is a stand alone experiment. If you try to combine all of them together there is lots of conflicting data.

Re: Four Hour Body

Who has Tim Ferriss trained besides Tim Ferriss?
