Ulnar Nerve Traction and exercise substitutions

Hi Guys

Having some ulnar nerve problems. I know there are other threads on this but I am looking for substitution exercises. I have been through PT and it has cleared up and am back to doing WOD's with no symptoms with kipping pull ups and can even do push presses with dumbbells. However after numerous attempts power cleans, clean and jerks, and even heavy shoulder presses have had to be D/Ced. The angle at the elbow is just to intense. I'm going to have to substitute these exercises.

Anyway, just looking for subs for these. Right now I'm planning on on incorporating sand bag cleans as the joint angle is not nearly as intense as with bar cleans. I am also going to incorporate more plyometric drills but just wanted to see if anyone else had any ideas.

Sandbag are fine. Just take it easy dude it's not worth injury. Avoid anything painful.

Also, start doing nerve glides too wfs
