Starting For newcomers to the CrossFit methodology

Hey guys, I'm new to crossfit- about to start my 3rd week and I'm really loving it, however, after Fridays workout, I'm a little concerned. After 150 pullups, my hands and palms are shredded from broken blisters. I'm interested to hear any advice about how to treat blisters so I can keep working out, or how to avoid them in the future.

Keep callouses filled down and tape your hands when necessary..
