shoulder popping

I know it seems like we've beat this shoulder issue to death, but I haven't seen a post like what I'm experiencing. I injured my shoulder a month ago, and it is getting better, (slowly) but now it feels like it is popping out of joint.
I can feel it going in and out of place often. Does anyone have this going on? And what did you do for it?

Re: shoulder popping

Get it checked by an ortho.

If you're constantly dislocating/subluxing it you may have a bankart lesion which may require surgery.
