Pelvic Floor strength and health
I have been an avid CF er for nearly 4 years now and several weeks ago experienced the appalling shock of prolapse ( for the guys pelvic floor strength is equally important and equally ignored)
so now i am learning all about the correct methods of overcoming this problem.
My dr said surgery was the only option, my physio who specialises in womens health says otherwise and apparently so does the literature. She also stated that males also suffer problems which can be equally as embarassing and negatively impacting on life.
i strongly recommend all women and men to ensure that they work hard to maintain pelvic floor strength .
i am posting this especially as from reading posts over the years many women experience exercise incintenance and it is accepted as part of a womans lot in life and THIS IS INCORRECT>
if anyone would like links please ask and i will send privately.
