Starting ... again :(

I had got into Crossfit a couple years ago and was really enjoying it. Got myself into pretty decent shape and was still improving lifts. Then, I tore my hamstring...grade 3 Anyways, that pretty much put me out of commission for a couple months and being a garage gym'er I had a hard time motivating myself to get out there.

Fast forward a couple years and I'm finally getting back at it. Joined a new gym in town owned by a couple that started the first crossfit affiliate in my area quite a while ago. They had moved back to Cali for a couple years and are now back with a new gym. It's frustrating looking at how far out of shape I've fallen but I'm hoping it will come back pretty quick. I think the motivation of a class and coach will help keep me on track. And if any injury should happen hopefully encourage me not to step away for such an extended period again.

Anyways, my old log is in my sig...I like to look back for motivation still And I'm keeping a new one at http://lethargicfitness.tumblr.com/ Yeah, I'm lazy and getting fit, it's an odd combo
