Re: Cfcc Bccc 2010

Sunday, 8/8:

Feel a lot better today! Also learned that, despite how clumsy I often am, I somehow do not suck at clean and jerks!

Here are the stats for the day:
Calories: 1,418
Protein: 100.4g (-15g)
Carbs: 130g (-15 grams if you include the prework out carbs)
Fat: 60.7 (+3g)

True protein dextrose is still super sweet, but given that I have about, oh, 6 pounds of it, I will just have to suck it up! If anybody out there wants to try some of my dextrose, please let me know and I will give you as much as you'd like! I got the unsweetened cocoa flavor...

Just as any FYI to everyone using fitday: you can't just paste the URL from your page for everyone else to view - it will just bring people to their own page, or to the sign-in page. You need to make your entry viewable to the public and then post that link every time you want to share your fitday page. You'll know if you have it right if it comes up in a different format than how you see it when you view your own page typically.

Re: Cfcc Bccc 2010

Day 1, off to a good start so far. The hardest part is not overdosing on carbs like I usually do. Gotta cut back on the Cafe Mochas and entire boxes of pasta!!

Beginning stats:
Weight 180
Navel: 34.25"
Flexed arm: 14"
Relaxed arm: 12 7/8"
Body Fat: 15% ?

Nutrition goals:
Protein: 153 grams
Carbs: 160 grams
Fat: 114 grams (this is according to the Gaining Weight percentage...seems really high to me?)

I'm giving myself some room to go up on the macro values due to working long hours on my feet and a fast metabolism, but trying to stay close.

And, finally Greg, a question about programming: Is it normally alright to attend a morning workout, then go to gymnastics at night, or is the gymnastics enough that it should be done as the only workout that day?
