Adapting the workouts for people with knee reconstruction/ knee injuries
I am starting up a CF regimen with my army unit and we have several lsoldiers who through the years have gone thorugh knee reocnstructions and/ or combat related injuries to their knees and other lower extremity injuries. Thier flexibility is compromised and it is proving very painful for them with the amounts of squats and other exercises that utilize squatting. Are there any suggesitons for how to go about developing back up their kneew strength/ flexibility and are there other exercises that could be used if this simply proves too painful? Thank you.
