when, after an evening of revelry, you and your workout buddy get unsuspecting, drunk passersby to do burpees on the sidewalk outside the bar...all while attempting to convince them to join us at 5:30AM!

I was doing burpees in four-inch heels.

Re: You know you have a CrossFit Problem when...

I was at a 4th of July party last night, and we were standing in the backyard with the bottom of their deck just within jumping arm's reach and I asked myself, "I wonder if I could jump up, grab a hold of the bottom of the deck, and pull myself up on top."

Re: You know you have a CrossFit Problem when...

While in India for the summer, you worry more about not being able to eat properly and cf than the misquotos... (ready to go home...)

Going to sleep at 9pm is more appealing than staying out partying till 5am because your waaay less sore the next morning. In college

Your friends tell people you don't know about your 'crazy diet' / zone-paleo so when you meet them you're 'that guy that eats the weird food'

You find no reason to do bicep curls. What's the point?! WEIGHTED PULL-UPS!! And no one else understands this

You hate workout machines and chew friends out for mentioning them

Your 'fun workout' makes your friend lay on the ground for 20 minutes, puke, then lay there for another 30 in agony in the middle of your college gym.. then you congratulate him

Really? I wouldn't need to be drunk to do sidewalk burpees. Actually, I did them in broad daylight just recently in front of a parking lot.

I think deadlifts or OHS squats in high heels would be much more impressive.

Derek needs all the work he can get to lift his ridiculousy sized sword
