I purchased some back issue sets of the CF journal, downloaded them, but then my harddrive melted down a few days later! I got a new drive but couldn't download the journals from the same links again. I guess the links are only active for a certain amount of time? Anyway, I contacted customer service three days ago and I'm waiting to hear if they can help me out.

Has this happened to anyone else? Thanks

xx

No, they have always been very responsive.

I am sure they will be generous enough to set up another link for you to get you additional access to the back issues. Might be a good idea to print them out this time.

In the past I failed to download an issue or two of the journal. I emailed customer service with my problem, a copy of the out dated email/downloand link, my full name, and last 4 of my credit card that I purchased it with and I recieved a prompt respone. If you are not in PST you will need to allow a little more response time I assume.
