Workout of the Day Questions & performance regarding CrossFit's WOD

If I miss a WOD should I (1) do it the next day, and skip the next rest day until I catch up; (2) move to the next day's WOD or (3) do two WODs on one day to catch up. Thanks.

It's up to you. Try doing two in one day!!!

Seriously though, missing any one WoD is not the end of the world.
I ought to know...

This is just me but DON'T MESS WITH THE REST DAYS!! ok, got that out of the way. if you want to try and double up go ahead. I've done two workouts in a day a couple of times and it's really demanding. Try to put some time between the workouts so your body can rest. It's been my experience and the experience of about 15 CrossFitters here in baghdad that messing with the rest day is a bad idea. Rest days are a blessing from the crossfit gods and should not be disregarded. You could always save up the ones you miss and do them on days where there is an easy workout. hehe, easy workout......
