Another Zone Question

Hey guys another zone question for you. I had a crazy work schedule today, and definitely fell out of the zone. I ate at 10:30 am before I left for work, and did not have a chance to eat again until around 6:00, and the last one I ate was at 8:30 pm. I still have 2 (5 block ,and a four block meal) meals left to eat. Can I still eat them all? Or is best to keep them spaced out between 4 to 6 hours and just eat right before bed as one last meal? THanks for the help !

Re: Another Zone Question

Frequency of meals doesn't really matter, on Zone or anything else. And despite Dr. Sears claims to the contrary, you're not going to ruin things if circumstances force you to eat all 9 remaining blocks in one meal.

Re: Another Zone Question

I have heard there are benefits to eating your largest meal after you workout and then decrease the size of your meals up until your next workout.
This is how I do it. It feels great to eat a lot after I workout and I also never go into a workout having eaten a very large meal.
