knee pain from power clean

About a week and a half ago I think I hurt my knee doing a power clean.

It hurts on the inside of my right knee, the pain is not overwhelming, but it's very tender and hurts when the knee is bent, so driving and sitting are somewhat of a hassle.

I haven't done anything remotely physical since then.

Is this just a sprain, or something I need to be worried about? I would have seen a doctor already, but I'm a poor college student who can barely afford to pay his own car insurance, much less health insurance.
