CF Seattle's level 4 Athletic skills spreadsheet

My trainer is testing me on CF Seattle's Athletic Skills Level 1~4.
He wants to know if anyone is a level III or IV, what their body weight, age is. He is challenged to believe someone can deadlift 2 1/2x bodyweight and do a 400m run in 1:04...
I'm a partial II, III. I'm a level IV only in the 500m row as of now
It's a great tool to see weaknesses I need to work on but I want to prove to him there is someone who is a level IV in ALL skills on that spreadsheet.
WHO ARE YOU? Where are you?

I can see cossfitters deadlinfting 2 reps of 0.5 x bodyweight and run 400 within that time.
Some of these times on the WoDs are just insane.

You'd be better off sending e-mails and making phone calls than asking here. You might find a level 3 here (AnthonyB perhaps?), but you probably should be asking OPT/AFT/Greg/Annie/Nicole and any other superhuman you can find as to level 3 or 4. My guess is that an all-around level 4 is extremely rare.

Good idea Derek~
Have you ever tested yourself with that spreadsheet, if so, how'd you do?

I can only test myself so much with that sheet, since I don't have access to a lot of equipment (climbing rope and rower being the main things) but here goes, at least approximately.

Squats: Level 3 (maybe... we'll see at my next CFT)
Push-ups/bench press: Level 2
Rope climb: I'm absolutely certain I'm level 3 here, maybe even 4
OHS: With a little more work and bumper plates, level 3
Kettlebell snatch: despite the ridiculously heavy KB weight, Level 2 might be doable.
400m run: Level 2
Deadlift: Level 2, maybe Level 3 by now.
Military press/HSPU: Level 3
Clean: Level 3
KTE: Level 2 at least
Work section 1: Level 1, maybe Level 2 if I test it again.
500m row: Level 0. I might be able to make 1:55 but it's difficult and I don't have a rower at home.
Vertical jump: Level 1
Dips: Level 2
Pull-ups: Level 3 except that I'm one muscle-up and 7% BW short
L-sit: level 2
2000m row: Never tried it, but it's probably the same as my 500m row.
Snatch: Level 2
Work section 2: Level 1, maybe 2 if I get to use a realistic size KB for Helen.

So my skills are about 5-8-4-1, level 2 with equal strengths and weaknesses to either side.

Looking at my achievements here, I'd actually retract the statement that you won't find many level 3's around here because I'm close but still not very good comparatively. Well, close to being mostly level 3, not to a 1:32 500m row that is, heh.

Re: CF Seattle's level 4 Athletic skills spreadsheet

Nice stats Derek and Zach...
Here's mine...
41yo/ 158#(working on getting to 148)
Hips- squat...last was 1 months ago at 175, we'll retest that today
100 free squat can do but no pistols so level II for hips
Push- level II 30 strict pushups can do, need to test pushups on rings
benchpress-have to test that, not bodyweight though
Pull- static hang 30 sec can do, no rope to test the climb
Core- 30 sit ups can do, V-ups working on those, OHS best so far is 115#, so sad
Work- did 30# db snatch 30 reps each arm in 2:15min yesterday, will do the 10 min test next to see if level III
Speed-400m run in 1:26 that was tough, between level II and III
Hips- deadlift 235#, just barely level II
Push- military press 85#, just over level II, handstand hold 1 min, with a little support on and off at feet
Pull- not so sure about high pull exercise...I can do 1/2 bodyweight of floor to upright row if that is what it is, best power clean is 115# 2x 2 months ago, almost level II
Core- knees to chest can do, hanging knees to elbows- can't get knees up there yet! so sad what a weak core!
Work- wall ball 25 rep, 10' target, 10# med ball can do, need to test my 800m run time, thrusters-45 rep 1/2 BW sheesh! need to try that, level I here potentially level II
Speed-500m row did yesterday 1:41, just under level IV by 1 sec
hips-vertical jump, need to test that
Push- 3 dips can do, need to test 20 dips and dip w/1/3 bw, level I here
Pull- can do 3 pullups, not sure about 20-need to get kip down, level I here
Core- Lsit need to test today-can do this easier on rings than paralletes
Work-2000m row 8:35 2 months ago, want to retest, so above level II, need to test 5k for level III
speed- full snatch 80# 2 months ago, level II
work- need to test 1 mile run and ladies WOD's
It is great to see where I am weak, CORE! which affects all my other areas.

i can name one person right off the bat. Josh Everett, one of the CFJ articles listed he can run a :50 400m, pulls ~570lbs @ 183lbs (3.11xBW), and can do 50 pullups. oh yeah, and he runs a 5:00 1600m.

as for the skill standards, i won't post anything...i have no idea where i am on a lot of them now. my training has been too all over the place.

p.s. to complete a level, you must perform all of the feats in that level within a 30 day period...that's the rule.
