as for the skill standards, i won't post anything...i have no idea where i am on a lot of them now. my training has been too all over the place.

p.s. to complete a level, you must perform all of the feats in that level within a 30 day period...that's the rule.
David, do you recall which CFJ article Josh posted this?
That is great to know the 30day ruleing. I will attempt to retest myself on all areas. My back squat PR was 175. Today I did 2 sets 3 reps at 175 and think I could have done all 5 sets at that weight if I didn't do yesterday's wod before doing squats today...

Re: CF Seattle's level 4 Athletic skills spreadsheet

Everything in thirty days makes sense in terms of not letting an athlete get one accomplishment and then drop it to get something else, but I'm not really worried because I just seem to be getting better at everything, whether I work on it or not.

I need to do a real Level 1 test one of these days, though.

No, what I meant was that I'm still enough of a beginner that I don't need special focus to grow in most things. Since I have few "proficiencies," I figure that regular Crossfitting for 3 months will ensure I will be better rather than worse at everything by that time. The test parameters say to do it in thirty days but I already know that if I could do it 6 months ago, then I can do it now.

CFJ 60 (August 2007): Reading Between the Lines, by Dave Castro. It compares the top three male crossfitters at the CF Games last year: James Fitzgerald (OPT), Brett Marshall (AFT), and Josh Everett (he's so awesome he doesn't need an acronym )

Neither do I and I'm not awesome. It's probably the name "Everett." "Greg" is another good one. Has anyone noticed how often those names spell awesomeness?
