Scott,
If you go on DragonDoor.com you will find a couple of videos or even DVD's that depict proper form and also a variety of different kettlebell movements. You can also get Pavel's book The Russian Kettlebell Challenge. Any of those products will show you exactly what you need to know!

Also, Scott, I read your profile and found out you are from Hoboken! My father and his side of my family are all from there. I dont know what area however, my dad passed away in March. At any rate... Good luck with the swings.

thanks for the advice. i was thinking more along the lines of an mpeg or something, not necessarily something i'd have to buy. sorry about the confusion!

john-

first, sorry to hear about your father. i also lost someone in march when my climbing partner was killed in a climbing accident one day when we were at the shawangunks. (i'm just now getting back into the shape i was before the accident-i ended up losong 10lbs.) as far as hoboken goes, it's really small (about a square mile!) i'm just here to get my nursing degree (and start my emt training next week) and then it's back to colorado (i miss climbing too much to stay here.) if you're ever in town give me a shout and maybe we could train together for a day (you'll probably crush me!)

thanks again and good luck!

Check out the new kettlebell video in the "Exercises" section. I was not able to visit while Nick swung the 2 pood kettlebell 30 times. I'll have to catch him next time!
