I was wondering if anyone had any thoughts on how to mix WOD with a couple personal lifting goals I have for 2003...I have been working on 200% bwt for one solid chin, 200% bwt for 5 dips, consistent one arm chins, both arms (managed two ugly ones with my right arm!), and an L-sit for 3 minutes. My lifting program has been going well so far, but on discovering this site, I realize I am far from being fit! Anyone have any thoughts? Thanks!
