has anyone out there used a plate for kettlebell swings? just read a post on the dragondoor site about someone doing this, and pavel actually responded to the thread saying that he also knew of someone doing this and it works.

i just thought that this may be better than using a dumbell since it seems like it would make the movement a little more dynamic compared to the dumbell?

any thoughts or comments?
