So I've started using, and I love it. It's a great tool to use for tracking my exercise and calorie burn vs calorie intake. I do have a question though. I'm not sure what to set my 'lifestyle' activity level as? I work out 2-4a hours a day, 5 or 6 days a week most weeks. Doing brazilian jiu-jitsu, muy thai kickboxing, and judo. Now, obviously, that's super active. But isn't my burning calories for my workout already accounted for by my plugging them into activities? Am I counting them 'twice' by setting a streneous life style? Outside of working out I don't do anything but sit at a desk all day.

So should I set 'seated' or 'streneous/highly active' for lifestyle? And if I do put highly active, then should I still put in individual times for my workouts?

I think you are correct about counting them twice. If you are going to add your activities then use the seated lifestyle. if you don't want to track your sports that much, use highly active but don't add more to that. I think the former would be more accurate but a bigger pain in the ...
