Fitday.com Question

So I've started using Fitday.com, and I love it. It's a great tool to use for tracking my exercise and calorie burn vs calorie intake. I do have a question though. So should I set 'seated' or 'streneous/highly active' for lifestyle? And if I do put highly active, then should I still put in individual times for my workouts?

Much appreciated.
