This. And think of your arms as simply chains to connect to the weight, not something to actively pull on the bar.
1) He's a hip cleaner or actually just below. And there is nothing wrong about being a hip cleaner but there really shouldn't be bent arms in the first pull.

2) Try setting up with the bar over the ball of your foot and the chest more up and the *** more down. Continue this during the lift instead of shooting your *** up and stripper pulling.

FS is pretty in proportion to BS actually. Based on the #135, I'd say you maybe have about #150 in you.
