Snatch PR

Not a big lift by most people's standards, but a new PR for me. 150#. Hit 155# right after this, and barely missed 160#, but didn't get those on video. Pumped to get to 150...onward and upward to a bodyweight snatch.

Good job, Matt! You've got great movement. You're hitting the positions well. Footwork looks pretty good. Keep movin' on up!

Thanks, Christopher! Movement has gotten tons better; I appreciate the compliment. End of 2013, I'm not even sure I could snatch 105#. At that point, my power snatch was probably 20# higher than my snatch. Still have a tendency to get out on the front of my feet in the 2nd pull as the weight gets heavy, but getting better. Your 150# is so much better than that 75# from last year. On my first comment I was going to think of some critique or suggestion on the 150# video, but any tips would be so nit-picky. You're doing all the major things right and ready to get stronger and increase those numbers. Keep up the good work.
