Awesome, Scott, awesome. Glad you said you have ice cream, LOL. That is my kids dessert of choice, and I've been skipping it. Finally had some last night, mmmmm.

this is really really impressive..something i am hoping to achieve and its very reassuring to see u did this with xfit and with "moderate" diet control. Iv been xfit since jan and have just taken a almost 6wk break for exams but was doing well with only slight moderations to my diet. I really didnt want to have to zone because of the level of committment and this has shown me that it can be done with small changes. WELL DONE!

Great job Scott, I've to 'watch what i eat' and found it difficult with 3 kids running around the house. I too love the ice cream diet as well as the 'eat my kids left overs' program as well.

Keep up the great work!
