Body fat was measured via the mirror or was something else implemented?

I think being a bodybuilder for so long put some nonfunctional mass on my frame, even though it was muscle. I actually got smaller and fatter by doing Paleo/Crossfitting! I really don't care though, because I have better scores and lifts across the board, AND I feel better!
Right on, Herm!

5'9, 200 lbs, bodyfat has remained constant. That's the weird thing about it. I started out pretty lean already and my weight has gone down. Alright CF bro, I've been doing a decent Paleo diet, more like a basic. 1/3 plate lean meat protein, 2/3 plate veggies, then olives or some other source of fat. The only thing is, I can't have nuts, any suggestion for a substitute? I've only been doing CF for a little over a month and the transformation is actually quite "crazy"! The only problem, I lose about 5 lbs each workout, I'm guessing it's water weight+fat, due to the factor that I drink about 2 gallons water a day. 5'7 1/2", 130 lbs before WOD (). I still can't seem to gain weight! AHH!! Most days I can't eat dinner b/c of work, so I try to pack on the calories at the other meals/snacks....Any advice? I need to be at at least 150-170# by May '09 (I know, it's a ways away, but still). I'm doing training with my trainers for USMC OCS!

Avocado? Homemade full fat salad dressing (Italian, creamy dressings, etc.)?
