to the 110 pushups, 90 squats, etc. workout can we just say ouch!

This was harder than I thought it would be and took forever!!

Here is our WOD from CrossFit Las Vegas yesterday. Joe and Zach were great trainers and I really appreciate the workout.

500 Row
50 Squats
30 KB Swings
10 Bumper Plate Burpees
800 mtr run
10 Bumper Plate Burpees
30 KB Swings
50 Squats
500 Row

The worst part was the burning throat and lunges. This place is like the face of the sun. Joe was a God for getting me some water, I thought I would kiss him!

Now it's back to the pool. I have some tanning and drinking to do.

Becky 18:43 subbing 3 pull-ups 3 dips for each muscle up
Tina 16:02 assisted muscle ups

This was a good workout. I would have had to break up the hang cleans much more if it was 95lbs. It was a circus trying to figure out the assisted muscle up and I still need a higher bar. Some day.
