Be Harsh...CrossFit Inverness

I will be using this as a personal workout log and a log for CrossFit Inverness.

Today is day 20 of our own Burpee Challenge...YEAH Burpees!

Kim (sub wallballs for FS and KB swings for Thrusters and SDHP for Push-ups)

Strong work by everyone. This one was a mind game...how hard do I Sprint when I know I will have to Sprint 3 more times?

Hahaha...so someone is actually looking at this thing?

I meant to have the times yesterday, but I forgot to haul the wipe board home with me. I will get it next time. Great work yesterday!
