No worries about the cheating man, I think its better to not stress yourself out. It seems like stress can be just as bad on your body as poor eating. So, chalk up the cheat days as part of your 80/20 (80% strict, 20% cheating) allowance and move on.

Its not the end of the world. Concentrate on not going overboard with total calories for the week instead of meal by meal.

Also, consider trying Intermittent Fasting for times when no Paleo food is available. Search for Mark's Daily Apple for more info on Primal diet / IF stuff.

you think that's bad!? I just got off of a 14 day cruise and it was all food food and no exercise. terrible and flabulous. i can't describe how bad i feel. Today is day number one (part 2 lol) of a paleo/zone diet from now until 2010- ... at least!

Why does food have to be such a pain in the @ss!? thanks america.. thanks fda...NOT

Its so annoying having to constantly think about what you eat and what is possibly in it and will it make me feel like crap later and. . . .

I'd like to continue giving thanks:

Awesome job, dude. I recently finished the 30 paleo challenge, too. Results and performance were amazing. I plan on sticking to paleo as well.
